Calling All Davos Junkies [Jay Nordlinger]
Well, Part I is up today (here), and Part II will come tomorrow. It will feature Vladimir Putin, Wen Jiabao, George Soros, and others of your pinups. Usually, Davos attracts the number-one leaders in their countries. But something must have gone wrong in the case of Russia: We have merely the prime minister, Putin, instead of the president, Medvedev. Ah, well, you accept the junior guys when you have to.
