Let McCain be McClane [Kathryn Jean Lopez]
After walking past a TV with the latest Die Hard movie showing over the weekend, I daydreamed the winning strategy: Bruce Willis does the campaigning for McCain. McCain would then be in fine form for the debates in the fall and more than a few Americans might get themselves out to vote in November for John McClane, figuring "McCain" is just an Election Day typo.
We'll just put my weekend playbook away now. As you might expect, my Saturday "crazy" thought is still bringing in colorful e-mail.
