It seems to me that by selecting this location the Obama adminstration has ensured that this plan for relocating Guantanamo terrorists will be a never-ending source of jokes. Given how badly they've blundered with their promise to close Guantanamo, if the administration ceases to be taken seriously on national security matters it will probably do a lot of damage politically.
