GOTV [Kathryn Jean Lopez]
Any GOP optimism in recent days — mostly from people on campaigns or party guys — has stemmed from their confidence in get out the vote efforts. Until Tuesday — and Kerry — I was concerned that was delusional. Presidential turnout? Heck, I'd vote against Kerry again. (And this time if it means ending his presidential dreams for good...oh yeah.)
