The Man Who May Bring Down Murtha [Mark Hemingway]
Today on NRO, I take a close look at the Iraq war vet running against Congressman John Murtha in Pennsylvania's 12th District. Nobody thought Lt. Col. William Russell had a shot against the 34 year incumbent, but Russell has run a smart campaign and Murtha recently called his consituents "racist" and "rednecks," so Russell may just pull off the biggest upset in November.
