Huckabee's Performance   [Byron York]

He's well liked, but I think Huckabee underwhelmed the crowd.  He can sometimes go off on an odd course.  Today, he told the crowd that he has visited Israel nine times.  On one of those visits, he took his then-11 year old daughter to Yad Vashem, the Holocaust museum.  At the end of a rather devastating tour, he said, his daughter wrote in the guest book, "Why didn't somebody do something?"  OK.  And then Huckabee told the crowd that today, "You're the somebody."  And what can they do, what evil can they prevent?   They can "decide that [they're] not going to elect a president based on the raising of money." I don't think even McCain and Feingold would have tried that one.
